Many of us harbor emotional toxins in the form of unprocessed anger, hurt, stress, depression or disappointment, etc. This residue from the all of it building up contributes to toxins in our body and needs to be worked out. You can begin by asking yourself, “What am I holding onto from the past that is no longer serving me in the present”? or ”how can i eliminate extra stresses from my life? some stress can easily be taking care of others have deep roots. but finding your center is all part of the experience.
spend some time writing about how your life, and how it will be different when you change identify stress and store them emotionally on paper. Then you can do energy/toxin releasing yoga to help break down built up stress/energy. eat lots of green and healthy foods and drink water lots of clean healthy water. you can literally work bad energy/toxins out of your muscles by messaging them hot stone treatments or even buying detox feet pads to help release. but energy is there its up to you if its good or bad by the way you live. mind body soul if you cleanse the mind you then cleanse your body in return to cleanse your soul this is just the surface stuff but it starts here. you cant be enlightened or even simply just be who you want to be with built up toxins/energy in your body it blocks your chakras which is the cause for most health issues. clean your mind clean your body clean your soul and keep earth clean.
